Lemon Coconut Breakfast Crescents

- 1-8oz. tube refrigerated crescent rolls shopping list
- 2T. butter shopping list
- 1/3c. coconut shopping list
- 1/3c. sugar shopping list
- 1T. grated lemon peel shopping list
- GLAZE: shopping list
- 1/4c. sugar shopping list
- 1/4c. sour cream shopping list
- 2T. lemon juice shopping list
- 2T. butter shopping list
How to make it
- Separate crescent rolls & spread with butter.
- Combine coconut, sugar & lemon peel. (Reserve 2T. for topping.)
- Sprinkle remaining coconut mixture over buttered crescents.
- Roll up from wide end & place point side down on greased baking sheet.
- Bake @ 375F for 16-18 min. or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, combine glaze ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil & boil for 3 min or until glossy.
- Cool glaze slightly, then pour over warm rolls.
- Sprinkle with reserved coconut mixture.
