How to make it

  • Separate crescent rolls & spread with butter.
  • Combine coconut, sugar & lemon peel. (Reserve 2T. for topping.)
  • Sprinkle remaining coconut mixture over buttered crescents.
  • Roll up from wide end & place point side down on greased baking sheet.
  • Bake @ 375F for 16-18 min. or until golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, combine glaze ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil & boil for 3 min or until glossy.
  • Cool glaze slightly, then pour over warm rolls.
  • Sprinkle with reserved coconut mixture.

    Hottamale, I love lemon and coconut together, so I must make these for breakfast one morning!...Tell hubby to add crescent rolls to tomorrow's grocery list!
