Wings are baked in the oven and have a peppery bite! Can also use the coating on boneless chicken breasts! This calls for "Italian Style Panko Breadcrumbs"...I didn't know there was such a thing, but, I saw them in my grocery store in the stuffing... More

This is how the recipe was originally written. When I made it, I used what I had on hand, which was actually half italian style and half panko. I would think that either or would be just as good.
