Ingredients

How to make it

  • Grind up the peppers with the pineapple and mix in everything else. Let sit in a clean jar with an air lock for a month or longer shaking every couple to 4 days. This recipe varies depending on what I can get fresh but basically this is it. It is fairly hot and you can adjust the thickness by adding more vinegar. Laso I have replaced the Pineapple with Mango (Habamango?)

Habanapple!!! LOVE it! I think we need to start a group of habanero/Scotch Bonnet fanatics - maybe call it Pain Junkies? I posted a habanero hot Sauce with mangoes and it'll kick ya in the head but in that really good way. I'm all over this one, though. And lucky for me I happen to have some left over pineapple that I didn't know what to do with! Thanks, new buddy.

Wow! This one's too hot for me, but will make a WONDERFUL present for a friend of mine. You're sure it won't eat through the jar, right?
