Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a food processor with a metal blade , process raspberries and sugar until pureed
  • place a medium- mesh strainer over bowl
  • push raspberries through the strainer as much juice and pulp as possible, scrping the bottom often
  • discard the seeds
  • stir in the chambord liqueur
  • refrigerate until ready to serve
  • sauce can keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator
  • use fresh raspberries prior to serving just stir them in the sauce.......
  • makes 2 1/4 cups.............
