Ruby- Red -Raspberry Sauce

- 3- packages ( 10 ounces each) frozen raspberries in syrup, ...defrosted......... shopping list
- 1/2- cup sugar shopping list
- 1/3- cup chambord liqueur.......( black raspberry liqueur) shopping list
- 1/2- pint of fresh raspberries shopping list
How to make it
- In a food processor with a metal blade , process raspberries and sugar until pureed
- place a medium- mesh strainer over bowl
- push raspberries through the strainer as much juice and pulp as possible, scrping the bottom often
- discard the seeds
- stir in the chambord liqueur
- refrigerate until ready to serve
- sauce can keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator
- use fresh raspberries prior to serving just stir them in the sauce.......
- makes 2 1/4 cups.............

Tink, now that's what I'm talking about, alittle pixie sauce. This is such a versatile recipe, I could put this on cheese cake or a ice creamed topped brownie, yummo.
