Seafood Lasagna With Goat Cheese

- 8-10 sheets of lasagna shopping list
- 1/2 lb. scallops ---- USA wild shopping list
- 1/2 lb. fresh uncooked shrimp--USA wild-- peeled deveined, Save the shells for fish stock. shopping list
- 8 oz. crab shopping list
- 6 oz can of skinless boneless salmon drained (you can use fresh cooked) shopping list
- wine SAUCE shopping list

- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms sliced shopping list
- 1 minced carrot shopping list
- 1 minced stalk of celery shopping list
- 1 sm. diced onion shopping list
- 2 Tbs. unsalted butter shopping list
- 1 tsp. thyme shopping list
- 2 Tbs. fresh chopped parsley shopping list
- 2 Tbs. fresh chopped dill shopping list
- 3/4 cup of a good dry white wine shopping list
- fish stock shopping list

- 2 cups water shopping list
- shrimp shells shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
- 1 tsp. celery seeds shopping list
- 1 tsp. fennel seeds shopping list
- cheese BLEND shopping list

- 1 cup cottage cheese or ricotta shopping list
- 3/4 cup goat cheese with basil and roasted garlic shopping list
- 1 egg beaten shopping list
- CREAM SAUCE shopping list
- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ shopping list
- 1 cup of half & half shopping list
- 1/2 parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 Tbs . wondra or flour mixed with cold half & half shopping list
- 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice shopping list
- Kosher salt and white pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 cups of mozzarella cheese for topping shopping list
How to make it
- Clean shrimp slice lengthwise and refrigerate
- In a small pot put shrimp shells, water, old bay seasoning, celery deed. and fennel. Cook till shells turn pink and liquid reduces to 1 1/2 cup. Strain thru coffee filter to remove solids.
- Prepare lasagna noodles according to pkg. directions.
- In a large pan melt butter add carrots, celery,onion, mushrooms and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Add thyme, parsley, dill, and wine. continue cooking until liquid is almost gone.
- Continue to cook
- Add liquid from stock , flour, half & half, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- When thoroughly mixed add all seafood, Take off heat
- In a separate bowl mix goat cheese, cottage cheese and egg.
- Preheat Oven 375 F
- Spray a 9x12 baking dish
- Spread 1/2 cup of sauce over bottom of baking dish
- Line lasagna noodles over sauce
- Spread 1/3 of sauce over noodles, and dolp with 1/2 of cheese mixture.
- Repeat on second layer of noodles.
- On third layer of noodles top with remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese
- Bake 375 F for 40 min or until top is golden brown.

How could you not love this? This sounds amazing! Great combo of seafood here, paired up with delicious sauce and cheeses! This is like a piece of seafood heaven! High 5, my friend!
