How to make it

  • Toss cooked noodles with sesame oil and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet.
  • Add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add edamame and red pepper. Cook 2 minutes.
  • Add noodles, chile pepper, soy sauce, honey and lime juice.
  • Toss to combine and serve.

    Oh wow, this sounds amazing, I am a huge fan of edamame beans and soba noodles, love this combination. Great post and a very high 5 my friend. Yummers.
