FORK TENDER PORK CHOPS

- 6 thick cut pork chops shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/4 c. milk shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. italian style bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 c. flour shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 350 degrees. Whisk egg and milk together and set aside. Stir together breadcrumbs and flour. Set aside. Season chops with salt and pepper, and dredge in egg mixture, then in breadcrumb mixture. Brown chops on both sides, but not necessary to cook though. Place chops in 9 x 13 baking dish. (glass or metal) and add 1/2 c. BOILING water to dish. Cover with aluminum foil, sealing tightly. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
