If you ever get the chance to be near Paducah Kentucky go to Patty's restaurant. They cook their famous 2 inch thick chops like you do. They have the most outrageous light brown sauce they serve over the chops, makes you eyes roll back in head on the first bite. Nice job on your recipe. Best, JJ.

Harley and that beautiful grand baby: I also pulled out pork chops to make and I am so sick of frying them. I am making your recipe tonight. I always have pork chops on hand, especially because I am always trying to cut carbs. I'll let you know.
