Horseradish Cheddar mashed potatoes with bacon

this is just a good alternative to everyday mashed potatoes
Ingredients
- 7-8 russet potatoes pelled and quartered shopping list
- 1 stick of butter shopping list
- 1/3-1/2 cup of warm milk shopping list
- 8 0z. sharp yellow cheddar cheese shopping list
- 8 oz white extra sharp cheedar shopping list
- 3 T. horseradish shopping list
- 4 slices crispy bacon crumbled (or more if you like) shopping list
- 2 scallions chopped for garnish shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Boil potatoes till tender and drain
- add butter , milk and mash
- Add cheese Horseradish and bacon and stir till everything is melted and well combined put in a bowl and garnish top with sliced scallions

Awesome idea Bobby! My guy loves mashed potatoes and horseradish - I dunno why I never thought to put the two together - oh and add cheddar and bacon!? Fuhgeddaboudit - lol Another ^5 from me my friend!
