Horseradish Cheddar Mashed Potatoes With Bacon Recipe

this is just a good alternative to everyday mashed potatoes

Ingredients
- 7-8 russet potatoes pelled and quartered
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/3-1/2 cup of warm milk
- 8 0z. sharp yellow cheddar cheese
- 8 oz white extra sharp cheedar
- 3 T. horseradish
- 4 slices crispy bacon crumbled (or more if you like)
- 2 scallions chopped for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Boil potatoes till tender and drain
- add butter , milk and mash
- Add cheese Horseradish and bacon and stir till everything is melted and well combined put in a bowl and garnish top with sliced scallions
