Kimchi Soup With Tuna

- 2 cups Kimchi shopping list
- 1 can tuna drained shopping list
- 1 green onion shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon fish sauce, optional but recommended shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups water shopping list
- Seasoning: shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons ground red pepper (Gochu-garu) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger shopping list
How to make it
- If necessary, cut kimchi into desirable size (about 2-inch lengths)
- Cut green onion into 2 to 3-inch length pieces
- Open tuna and drain oil (or water) well
- Mix seasoning ingredients; (red pepper, 1 tsp. garlic, and ginger)
- In a pot, stir kimchi, seasoning mixture, 1 Tbl. chopped garlic, sesame oil, and tuna over high heat for about 5 minutes.
- Pour 1 1/2 cups water over it and bring to a boil
- When it starts to boil, add fish sauce
- Boil gently over medium heat for 20 minutes
- Add green onion just before turning off the heat
