Little molten chocolate cakes with liquid core

- 100 g butter shopping list
- 80 g - sugar shopping list
- 2 fresh eggs shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 80 g flour shopping list
- 90 g of 70%, bittersweet chocolate shopping list
- butter to grease the forms shopping list

How to make it
- Melt chocolate by your favorite method
- Butter 5 or 6 small individual baking forms( ramekins )
- Cream butter and sugar
- Blend in the yolks and the whole eggs.
- Sift and mix in the flour
- Lastly blend in the melted chocolate
- Fill buttered forms 2/3 full
- Place forms in refrigerator and chill extremely well
- When ready to bake:
- Bake at 180C ( 350 F ) convection oven for about 18 minutes
- Losen cakes with a tip of sharp knife, and let cakes fall onto the plate, and it's okay they break open!
- Serve immediately with it's warm choclate liquid filling
- Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped if desired
