Mac And Cheese For Cheese Lovers

- 1 pound elbow or shell pasta shopping list
- 2- 15oz jars favourite alfredo sauce or try chefelaine's alfredo sauce shopping list
- 1/2 pound gruyere cheese shredded shopping list
- 1/2 pound parmesan cheese grated shopping list
- 1 pound aged cheddar shredded shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper or to taste shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- crumbs: shopping list
- 6oz ritz type crackers crumbled shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter melted shopping list
How to make it
- In 2 gal pot cook pasta to very soft, not al dente, drain, place back in pot
- Heat alfredo sauce to hot, not boiling, add to mac and stir
- stir in milk and pepper
- add all cheeses and mix thoroughly, cover and let sit for five minutes
- meanwhile mix crackers and butter and set aside
- pour mac and cheese mixture into 13x9 pan
- cover with cracker crumbs
- bake at 350 for about 45 minutes
