How to make it

  • Place chocolate wafers and mint extract in microwavable bowl. Microwave on high about 30 seconds or until smooth. Stir every 15 seconds.
  • Dip cookie wafers in coating; allow excess to drip off.
  • Place on waxed paper to allow chocolate to set.
  • Store in airtight container.

    These sound so good. I make somthing similar, But I use the chocolate n mint cream filled cookies n coat them in the chocolate.
