Moms Cocktail Meatballs Recipe
After my mom passed away we thought this recipe was lost with her. After two years of not finding it I opened a cook book and it was taped inside the cover.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon worchestshire sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • Sauce
  • 1 onion soup mix packet
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • dash liquid smoke

Directions
  1. Mix meatball ingredients together and roll into small meatballs.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until done.
  3. While meatballs are cooking mix sauce ingredients together and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. When meatballs are cook cover with sauce and serve.
  5. Can also be kept in crock pot to keep warm.
