I was driving in town the other day…well most days, and whenever I pass this one business and every time I pass by I think wow they are missing a great advertising opportunity. I think they should make up clear vinyl sheets with printing on them ... More

Ingredients
- 1 Chicken
- salt to taste
- 2 Cups macaroni
- 1 Can Cream of chicken, mushroom, or celery soup
- 2 Cups chicken broth
- 1/2 - 1 cup bread crumbs moistened with melted butter
- Velveeta cheese
Directions
- Velveeta cheese
- Boil and debone chicken
- Salt to taste and cut into bite size pieces
- Cook macaroni until tender
- Mix the soup with chicken broth
- In a large flat baking pan put the layer of macaroni.
- Over this, put a layer of sliced Velveeta cheese, then the chicken pieces.
- Pour the soup mixture over all and cover with buttered bread crumbs
- Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes to an hour
