This soup is really good. I know it sounds kind of bizarre, but it's really different and tasty. You can use veggie bouillion cubes in place of stock if you like.

I will have to try this. I'm vegetarian and I love to have soup every week so I will try this unique soup. It sounds very tasty. Have you ever knocked it up a notch with hot sauce? Let me know? I like it spicy.
