Courtesy of Southern Living, January 2009 via myrecipes, this dish sounds astonishingly good to me. You can simply spritz it with lemon juice but the sauce is probably well worth the effort!

This is wonderful I just tweeked it by adding unsweeten coconutto the fish for a more topical taste and once tried adding some diced mango to the rum sauce absolulty fab!!!!! and different my friends were amazed thought they were Jamacia.
