From the January 2006 issue of Southern Living magazine, I found this posted on myrecipes. Using homemade cream of mushroom soup would only enhance this dish!

I think that Southern Living is one of the very best out there and this dish just helps their push to #1, nym! It's not so very different from a chicken with dumplings on top but oh my! doesn't the word "cobbler" work its magic? Enjoy..
