Homemade Almond Paste

- 1-1/2 cups blanched almonds shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 egg white shopping list
- 1-1/2 tsp. almond extract shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
How to make it
- Put almonds in food processor, cover and process until smooth
- Add powdered sugar, egg white, extract and salt, cover and process until smooth.
- Refrigerate for up to 1 month or freeze for up to 3 months
- Makes 1 1/2 cups
