How to make it

  • Dry-roast all the dry ingredients in a frypan for 5 minutes, add the sesame seeds and coconut last as they cook quicker. Let cool and stir in sultanas
  • Melt the butter over low temperature, add the brown sugar and stir to dissolve. Add honey, stir until bubbling, and simmer for 6-7 minutes. (when a drop turns solid in cold water it's ready) remove from the heat and combine with dry ingredients in bowl.
  • Press into a large slab tin. Cut into squares and leave to set for 2 hours. Enjoy
