Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Wrap a half-slice of bacon around each Tater Tot.
  • Place the Tots on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the Tots are golden and crispy and the bacon is cooked. Remove from the oven and put the Tots on a paper towel-lined plate to drain the excess bacon grease.
  • Mix equal parts ketchup and mayonnaise to create a dipping sauce.
  • Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until well blended. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 week.

Be still my heart this sounds awesome! Just to clarify for step #4, do you mean just the ketchup & mayo mixture or do you add the tots too?
