Herb Grilled Corn on the Cob

- 1 cup margarine, softened shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced and crushed shopping list
- 6 ears corn, husks removed shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the margarine, salt and pepper, parsley, basil, chives and garlic until well mixed.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours to allow the flavors to mingle.
- Spread the margarine generously over each ear of corn.
- Wrap in aluminum foil and grill for 15 to 20 minutes or until done, turning frequently.
- *For even sweeter corn, soak ears of corn in sugar water for a few hours.*
