Pepper Jack Artichoke Dip

- 2 14 oz cans quartered artichoke hears, drained and chopped shopping list
- 1 c Dukes real mayo shopping list
- 10 oz shredded pepper jack cheese shopping list
- 1/4 c italian Style bread Crumbs shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper chopped shopping list
- 8 oz melba toat (about 64) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 4o0
- In medium bowl mix artichokes, mayo and 2 c cheese
- Spread into ungreased 13x9 ungreased baking dish
- Ina small bowl, mix remaining 1/2 c cheese and the bread crumbs; sprinkle over artichoke mixture
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until thoroughly heated
- Garnish with chopped red bell papper and parlsey
- Serve with melba toast
