Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 4o0
  • In medium bowl mix artichokes, mayo and 2 c cheese
  • Spread into ungreased 13x9 ungreased baking dish
  • Ina small bowl, mix remaining 1/2 c cheese and the bread crumbs; sprinkle over artichoke mixture
  • Bake 10-12 minutes or until thoroughly heated
  • Garnish with chopped red bell papper and parlsey
  • Serve with melba toast
