Russian Chicken Home Made Noodle Soup - Lapsha Recipe

Ingredients

Half of the chicken (for this soup i usually buy the chicken from village because it's more tasty them chicken from shop, i think you can find some like it in biomarket)

one onion

1,5 - 2 litre of water

salt

noodles:

2 youlks

4 table-spoon cold water

salt

flour

Directions

Boil the chicken with onion (not chopped)

after prepared the chicken bouillon take the onion of.

prepare the noodles:

mix yolks and water and salt

add the flour till pastry will be not sickly and will be elastic

knead it near 10 min

to roll it for think circle and live it for 5-10 min

powder it flour

and.... mmmm how it will be in english.... make from pastry something like tube... you can see it in the photo...

slice it for think pieces.

and live it for 10-15 min

preparing the boiling water

add the noodles in boiling water for 2 min (for come down the flour)

after add the noodles in chicken bouillon and prepare till noodles will be ready (near 15 - 20 min)/
