It's real russian soup :) i think in every russian family know the taste of this soup :) my grandma prepared it for me and my mum prepared it for her grandsons :)

- 1,5 - 2 litre of water
- salt
- noodles:
- 2 youlks
- 4 table-spoon cold water
- salt
- flour

Ingredients

Half of the chicken (for this soup i usually buy the chicken from village because it's more tasty them chicken from shop, i think you can find some like it in biomarket) shopping list

1,5 - 2 litre of water shopping list

noodles: shopping list
2 youlks shopping list
4 table-spoon cold water shopping list
salt shopping list
flour shopping list

How to make it

Boil the chicken with onion (not chopped)
after prepared the chicken bouillon take the onion of.
prepare the noodles:
mix yolks and water and salt
add the flour till pastry will be not sickly and will be elastic
knead it near 10 min
to roll it for think circle and live it for 5-10 min
powder it flour
and.... mmmm how it will be in english.... make from pastry something like tube... you can see it in the photo...
slice it for think pieces.
and live it for 10-15 min
preparing the boiling water
add the noodles in boiling water for 2 min (for come down the flour)
after add the noodles in chicken bouillon and prepare till noodles will be ready (near 15 - 20 min)/

Hi! I'm also a (differently-spelled) Nadya but from the US with southern Slav roots and currently living in Moscow. I had this in a restaurant yesterday because I'd been wondering what it was-- my Slovene grandma and mom make something so close to this it was like a taste of home. I'll be making it for sure!
