Ingredients

2 lb Ground Round

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Garlic powder

2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

1 teaspoon Black Pepper

8 tablespoon Italian Bread Crumbs

Directions

1- Mix ground beef with spices thoroughly.

2- Fashion into patties that are 1/4 thick; 5 inches in diameter as they will shrink and get; thicker after grilling.

3- Place patties on the grill directly over *medium* coals and grill until juices run "clear”

This will be medium to medium-well

Interesting twist with the bread crumbs. Have not tried that addition but I will. Hamburgery is an aquired skill. At first glance I probably would think they might be dry but notyourmomma is a trusted Royal Taster. If it doesn't cause gastric discomfort I'll eat it. LOL.
