Two-Step coating for easy oven fried chicken

Ingredients
  • 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup creamy garlic salad dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups seasoned stuffing mix

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken with the dressing
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 24 hours
  3. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  4. Finely grind the stuffing using a food processor or blender
  5. Transfer to a large pie plate
  6. Remove the chicken from the marinade and roll each piece in the stuffing until well coated. You may have to do this several times to get a good coating
  7. Arrange chicken in a single layer in a baking pan
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until brown and crisp
