Ingredients
  • Chrysanthemum
  • Mint
  • Your Favorite Tea
  • Water

Directions
  1. 1. brew some tea (your favorite) with dry chrysanthemum, cool and chill in refrigerator.
  2. 2. put some ice cubes in the plastic bag and wrap the bag in a dish towel. Crush the ice with rolling pin.
  3. 3. Prepare a large bowl, put some ice cubes in the bottom, set the smaller bowl on top, and put a weight in it to keep it in place.
  4. 4. Add a little crushed ice to the space between the bowls, arrange flowers and leaves (their position hold by crushed ice). Pour the cold tea into the gap. Freeze until completely solid.
  5. 5. To remove the bowls, for the big bowl, wrap a hot towel around; for the small one, fill it with hot water.
  6. 6. I add fresh fruit into the ice bowl to serve.
