Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400° F.
  • Combine breadcrumbs and Old Bay Seasoning in large plastic bag.
  • Cut potatoes lengthwise into 8 wedges.
  • Roll pieces in canola oil.
  • Add a few potatoes to the bag and shake to coat.
  • Place potatoes skin side down on a baking sheet.
  • Bake until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes (depends on thickness of potato wedges - if cut thin, reduce baking time).

Made these last night to go with our steak. Didn't use the bread crumbs though, just the oil and Old Bay - did sprinkle with paprika too. Hubby wasn't that impressed though - said "why not just bake a potato?" Whatever. . . . Add my version pic

Good idea for the potatoes I have starting to grow eyes in my pantry! They'll go great with the steaks I'm grilling tonight. Thanks, Val. ;')
