Pizza Crust

This more or less comes from the Betty Crocker's International Cookbook, circa 1980. I have tried a number of different pizza crust recipes, including a number of store bought package mixes. Ingredients
- pizza dough shopping list
- 1 package dry yeast shopping list
- 3/4 cup warm water(105 to 115 degrees) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp crushed italian seasoning shopping list
- 2 TBS olive oil shopping list
- 2 Cups all-purpose flour shopping list
How to make it
- Dissolve yeast in warm water .
- Stir in sugar, salt, oil, seasoning, and flour.
- turn onto well-floured surface: (Knead in enough flour of the remaining flour to prevent sticking.)
- Cover with a dish towel and let sit for 10 minutes in a warm place.
- Dust pizza pan with corn meal pat out pizza dough

Great recipe, most of the pizza dough recipes call for a stand mixer (which I dont have due to its high price). I'll be trying this one out thanks!!
