This recipe belongs to a member named Sparow64...she has this posted to go with her Mesquite Grilled Chicken. I just used this for plain old grilled chicken cutlets...but they weren't plain after using this!!!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c REAL Mayo (Kraft or dukes - should say REAL mayo on label - miracle whip, hellmans, etc. do not have the flavor or consistency to work well in this sauce)
  • 1/4 c white wine vinegar
  • 1 T Creole mustard (can substitute with spicy or brown mustard)
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 T coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 t prepared horseradish

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together til smooth. Chill for about an hour to let flavors meld.
  2. After grilling chicken cutlets, immediately dip them in the BBQ sauce and cover with tin foil. Let rest about 10 minutes before serving.
  3. This is enough sauce for about 8 cutlets.
  4. Any leftover sauce can be served on the side with the cutlets.

This was soooo very good! It's so different than any BBQ sauce I've ever had! It was creamy and tangy and garlicy...everything that I love in one sauce! This is a must try recipe! I used spicy brown mustard because I couldn't find the Creole kind.
