Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients together til smooth. Chill for about an hour to let flavors meld.
  • After grilling chicken cutlets, immediately dip them in the BBQ sauce and cover with tin foil. Let rest about 10 minutes before serving.
  • This is enough sauce for about 8 cutlets.
  • Any leftover sauce can be served on the side with the cutlets.

Oh I love this stuff dearly. It's so good with anything grilled--even veggies! --Kn0x-- (there's nothing that girl makes that isn't good!) :oD

This was soooo very good! It's so different than any BBQ sauce I've ever had! It was creamy and tangy and garlicy...everything that I love in one sauce! This is a must try recipe! I used spicy brown mustard because I couldn't find the Creole kind.
