Ingredients

How to make it

  • Halve and de-seed 2 of the Jalapeno Peppers, chop the remaining 2 Peppers, leaving the seeds and veins.
  • Chop everything you need to fit in the blender.
  • In a blender, food processor or hand immersion blender combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly until smooth. Should be well blended but not runny.
  • Add more mayonnaise for creaminess, if the sauce apprears too thick - it should be thick but still pourable consistency and will come out light green in color with darker green flecks.
  • Put in a squeeze bottle, or glass container and store in the refrigerator. This stuff is awesome but very perishable, so I would use it within 5 days; it never lasts long in my home.
