Chinese Spinach Recipe
This is very good and not like your ordinary cabbage dish.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Chinese water spinach
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 3 garlic cloves pressed or minced

Directions
  1. Trim stems off spinach and wash leaves well to remove any grit then drain thoroughly.
  2. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and garlic in a small bowl and mix well.
  3. Bring a large pot of water to a rapid boil then add spinach and stir for 30 seconds.
  4. Immediately drain thoroughly in a colander then return spinach to the pot.
  5. Add soy sauce mixture and mix well.

I've never seen Chinese Water Spinach. I wonder if they have that at Whole Foods market. Fun! New Spinach :)
