Ingredients

How to make it

  • Trim stems off spinach and wash leaves well to remove any grit then drain thoroughly.
  • Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and garlic in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a rapid boil then add spinach and stir for 30 seconds.
  • Immediately drain thoroughly in a colander then return spinach to the pot.
  • Add soy sauce mixture and mix well.

    I've never seen Chinese Water Spinach. I wonder if they have that at Whole Foods market. Fun! New Spinach :)
