Chinese Spinach

- 2 pounds Chinese water spinach shopping list
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves pressed or minced shopping list
How to make it
- Trim stems off spinach and wash leaves well to remove any grit then drain thoroughly.
- Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and garlic in a small bowl and mix well.
- Bring a large pot of water to a rapid boil then add spinach and stir for 30 seconds.
- Immediately drain thoroughly in a colander then return spinach to the pot.
- Add soy sauce mixture and mix well.
