Ingredients
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Albertson’s Diced Tomatoes, with basil
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 zucchini squash, sliced 1/8 ” to 1/4 “ thick
  • 1 yellow crocked neck squash, sliced 1/8 ” to 1/4 “ thick
  • 1 tsp Morton Nature’s Seasons

Directions
  1. Add ingredients and bring to slow boil'
  2. Reduce heat, cover and cook about 20 minutes until vegetables are tender.

I made this for dinner tonight and it all disappeared and I should have doubled it as they were practially fighting over the last spoon full LOL. Great recipe. Only change I did was I did not have diced tomatoes with basil so added some fresh basil from garden. YUM YUM
