    Glad you liked the vegies. What makes my recipe mine is the Morton natures season's salt. You should try it that way next. I'll try it with the skins off next time.

    I made this for dinner tonight and it all disappeared and I should have doubled it as they were practially fighting over the last spoon full LOL. Great recipe. Only change I did was I did not have diced tomatoes with basil so added some fresh basil from garden. YUM YUM
