Roasted Olives

- 3 cups assorted green and black olives shopping list
- 2 rosemary sprigs, cut in half shopping list
- Zest of 1 orange, cut into long, thin strips shopping list
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. dried chili flakes shopping list
- salt, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat an oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, combine the olives, rosemary, orange zest, olive oil, chili flakes and salt and toss to coat. Transfer the olive mixture to a small tapas pan and bake until the olives are warmed through, about 10 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.

This is very similar to what I do , and very popular with my friends as a snack with drinks before a meal instead of filling up on dips ,crackers ,pates ,chips and all that nonsense ! 5 out of 5 !
