How to make it

  • Preheat an oven to 400°F.
  • In a bowl, combine the olives, rosemary, orange zest, olive oil, chili flakes and salt and toss to coat. Transfer the olive mixture to a small tapas pan and bake until the olives are warmed through, about 10 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.

    This is very similar to what I do , and very popular with my friends as a snack with drinks before a meal instead of filling up on dips ,crackers ,pates ,chips and all that nonsense ! 5 out of 5 !

    I just love olives...I think this is something I would love to try! Thanks for sharing...I'm gonna save it. Bryan and I have been talking about taking one of the WS cooking classes at the mall. It's not as expensive as we thought it would be, now if I can just get him to GO! lol
