Chocolate Coconut Bars

This is Jean Porter's recipe on the back of my C&H brown sugar - looks delicious - somebody please make these and take a pic for me! I had no coconut or I would've made myself!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed C&H golden brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 cup (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup packed C&H brown sugar (whatever) shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 2 Tsp flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375*
- Grease 13x9x2-inch dish.
- In large bowl using pastry cutter or fingertips, combine first four ingredients until crumbly.
- Pat into baking dish.
- Bake 10 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips over hot crust; return to oven about 1 minute to soften. Spread chocolate evenly over crust.
- In medium bowl, beat eggs until thick and lemon-colored.
- Beat in sugar and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and beat into sugar mixture.
- Stir in coconut.
- Spread evenly over chocolate layer.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cool in pan and cut into 3x1-inch squares. Makes 3 dozen.
