Taxco Chicken Breasts

- 4 chicken breast halves,boned and skinned shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 Tbs cumin shopping list
- 2 Tbs flour shopping list
- 3 Tbs butter shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic,chopped shopping list
- 1/2 c chicken broth shopping list
- 3 Anaheim or California chilies,roasted,peeled and chopped or small (3oz) can mild green chilies shopping list
- 1 c sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 c shredded cheese (combination of Monteray Jack and Parmesan) shopping list
How to make it
- Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste and 1 tsp. cumin. Dredge in flour. Melt butter in skillet,then saute chicken a few mins. on each side. Remove from pan.. Add garlic and saute a min. or two,then add broth,chilies and remaining cumin. Cook until liquid has almost evaporated.
- Reduce heat,then stir in sour cream and cheese and cook over low heat till cheese has melted. Return chicken to pan and heat thoroughly being careful not to let sour cream sauce boil. Serve immediately

This sounds great and it gets my 5 forks! Taxco is a Mexidan town that is pretty well known for silver mines. I can't wait to try this. My sons and I love this kind of thing!
