Tex-Mex style chicken breast. Creamy,cheesey and delicious. Strange name;don't know where it came from.

One question, the recipe lists two cloves of garlic, but the directions don't say what to do with them. My wife hates garlic, so she said, "just leave out out." I did, all the while guessing that it was supposed to go in with the broth and that to my taste it would be better with it. But it was, as I said, very tasty without it.
