Bake in the 50's this recipe appeared on the back of the lable. My mother made this for the family for dinner. It was a Hit then, I still make it for myself. The extra serving can be cut and frozen and warmed in the micro or toster oven.

Ingredients
  • 1 15oz can of Salmon ( pink or red ) remove bone and skin
  • 1 10oz can Cream of Celery soup or any cream of soup
  • 1 ½ cups seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs or substitute
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 2/4 cup milk ( any type )
  • ¼ cup water
  • I cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven 375º
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Pour into Pam sprayed loaf pan 5” x 9”
  4. Bake at 375º for 1 hour or till golden brown.

Yes I remember this dish. althought it was the late 60's when my mother made it.
