Award Winning-super Secret-dry Rub

This is my award winning dry rub that works wonders with Pork Shoulder (Pulled Pork), Beef Brisket, Ribs and Chicken. Also use as to add kick to any dish.
Ingredients
- 2 oz cayenne-Can sub more chili powder shopping list
- 8 oz chili powder shopping list
- 4 oz garlic powder shopping list
- 4 oz onion powder shopping list
- 8 oz paprika-Use GOOD stuff-Makes a difference shopping list
- 3 oz cumin-Sometimes I don't bother BUT the wife knows shopping list
- 4 oz kosher salt-Sometimes cut in half but not often shopping list
- 16 oz brown sugar shopping list
- 4 oz black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together. I use a food processor.
- NOTE: recipe measurements in ounces BUT can be any consistent measure; tablespoons, shot glasses, quarter cups, etc.
- When applying to meat I use a 24" stainless commercial style mixing bowl. Saves on containment.
