Quick Awesome Shrimp Batter Recipe

Neighbor came over today with a small plate of shrimp for me to try with her "SECRET BATTER." They were kick butt... then she told me the SECRET!

Ingredients
- 1 BOX McCormic/golden Dipt Tempura Seafood Batter mix
- 2 tablespoons Hunts ketshup
- ABOUT 1 1/4 cup ICE WATER!
- Oil For Frying....
- And naturally , shrimp for eating!
Directions
- Mix all in a bowl until it is kind of smooth and a light pink... add shrimp or what ever you are frying...
- Add one at a time to fryer... don't crowd...
- That's it... It is as good or better than most homemade... The ketshup has enough sugar in it to sweeten and make it brown so pretty without over cooking the shrimp!
- AWESOME, OUTSTANDING, A KEEPER
