How to make it

  • Mix parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion salt, and sugar.
  • Cut cabbage head into 6 wedges.
  • Remove core and brown leaves.
  • Spread butter on cut sides.
  • Sprinkle parmesan mix on buttered sides.
  • Wrap a piece of bacon around each wedge.
  • Wrap wedges on 2 layer of foil, completely covered.
  • Grill indirectly, or over low heat, for 45 minutes, turning twice.
  • Let sit in foil for 10-15 minutes.
  • Unwrap and serve.

    I always cook cabbage the same way....smothered down with onions, salt & pepper. This is great, same ingredients, just a different way of cooking. Love it! Thanks
