An easy lunch or afternoon snack for kids...

Ingredients
- 4 Slices of large bread crust cut off
- Butter
- 1/2 cup of Tuna drained
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of cooked onion
- 1/2 cup of Grated Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- 1.pre-haet oven to 180c
- 2.Cut all the crusts off the bread
- 3.Roll out flat
- 4.Butter boths sides of bread
- 5.press the buttered bread into large muffin tray
- 6.cook until the bread cup is golden
- 7.combine the tuna, cooked onion and the diced tomato salt and peper to taste.
- 8. mix well
- 9.spoon the tuna mixture into the bread cups and top with cheese
- 10.place back in the oven for a further 5mins or until the cheese has melted.
- 11. sevre with salad
