Cabbage Casserole Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Put cabbage in a greased 9 inch baking dish
  • Put onion over top evenly
  • Pour 1/4 cup melted butter on top
  • Add pepper
  • In mixing bowl, add soup and mayonnaise and mix well
  • Spread evenly over cabbage mixture
  • In mixing bowl add remaining 1/2 cup melted butter, cheese and crushed crackers Sprinkle mixture over top
  • Bake, uncovered 45 minutes
