Cucumber Crab Bites Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Slice cucumbers (peel if you prefer) in 1/2" - 3/4" slices
  • In a medium bowl mix the rest of the ingredients together.
  • Top each cucmber slice with crab cheese mixture.
  • Enjoy!

    Well, these are on the list for next weekend...I LOVE cucumbers and still have 'em fresh...of course, I'll use the "kick", and I won't peel the cukes. :) Great to see you posting, sweets. I miss you! :(
