How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425
  • In mixing bowl, add all ingredients except puff pastry
  • Mix well and chill until ready to use
  • On a floured surface, roll each puff pastry to a 12x9 inch rectangle
  • Cut into 9 rectangles each
  • Add 2 tbls. of filling down center of each rectangle
  • Wet edges of pastry with water and roll around filling
  • Crimp ends with fork to seal
  • Put seam side down on a lightly greased baking sheet
  • Bake 20-25 minutes

    Mmm, perfect! I even have all the ingredients! Especially like that it's puff pastry, not crescent rolls - those are good, but SO filling. I bet these are lighter, and probably healthier.
