Ingredients
  • 1 small iron skillet
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 egg yolks

Directions
  1. Slightly beat the egg yolks
  2. Mix yolks with juice of one lemon
  3. Pour into cold skillet that has been in fridge for about 20 minutes
  4. Add stick of butter or margarine
  5. Set on low heat, and move the butter or margarine around as it slowly melts
  6. When desired consistency or thickens, remove from heat and serve
