Easy Unbelievable Hollandaise

- 1 small iron skillet shopping list
- 1 stick butter or margarine shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
How to make it
- Slightly beat the egg yolks
- Mix yolks with juice of one lemon
- Pour into cold skillet that has been in fridge for about 20 minutes
- Add stick of butter or margarine
- Set on low heat, and move the butter or margarine around as it slowly melts
- When desired consistency or thickens, remove from heat and serve
