How to make it

  • Slightly beat the egg yolks
  • Mix yolks with juice of one lemon
  • Pour into cold skillet that has been in fridge for about 20 minutes
  • Add stick of butter or margarine
  • Set on low heat, and move the butter or margarine around as it slowly melts
  • When desired consistency or thickens, remove from heat and serve
