This is what I found on an web site and thought that I would share it.
Ingredients
- 9 cups Chex cereal (any kind) shopping list
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted (6 oz.) shopping list
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter, melted shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1-2 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- Large bowk shopping list
- Large Ziplock baggie (gallon size) shopping list
How to make it
- Pour the cereal into a large bowl.
- Combine chocolate chips, butter, and peanut butter into a measuring cup.
- Microwave the measuring cup full of ingredients in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Add vanilla to ingredients in the measuring cup, and stir.
- Pour melted mixture over the Chex mix.
- Pour the coated cereal mixture into the large Ziplock baggie.
- Add powdered sugar into the baggie.
- Shake until the mixture is evenly coated with the powdered sugar.
- Spread the mixture onto waxed paper and allow to cool.
- Store in Ziplock bags or covered bowls.
