Made Keni's Another Tilapia Parmesan. Awesome...best Tilapia Parm. Ive had. It's so simple as well! I followed her suggestion and broiled it in a cast iron and think that worked awesome! First time to use my cast iron in the oven! Anyway...very good recipe...a must try!
P.S. Okay Lillian...I think I got it down now on the adding of recipes...Ive tried this one so I added it! Duh! lol!

the one on AR calls for basil, and I just don't get that unless you just really dislike dill :) Dill/fish/citrus just go together, there's nothing to argue about hehehehehehe
