Made this recipe in honour of "Keni Day".
Another Tilapia Parmesan
Very easy to put together. I scaled the ingredients down as there are just two of us. It had loads of flavour and I LOVE fresh dill in anything. The cooking time was bang on. I used a small cookie sheet lined with foil so super easy clean up. Served it up with a tossed salad and Pat's
