    I made this a while back. This is the first time that I have had tilapia. I made 8. My son ate 3 and I had 4 which left one for lunch. I also didnt have fresh dill. The flavor was excellent. I dont know what this fish texture should be like. I thought it would be like sole. It was quite a bit firmer. I may have over cooked it. It has also been in the freezer for a while. This is also my forst time trying to broil fish. I would like to try this again both with fresh tilapia and maybe sole or cod. Thanks Keni for a great tasting recipe

    I made this one day last week for dinner. I had to use dried dill b/c I didn't have any fresh on hand. It was SO good! My beau doesn't love fish and he gobbled this down with no gripes. Will make it again for sure. Added my pic.
