Tilapia Parmesan is not my creation, by any stretch of the imagination, but this is my version. We love this simple, quick dish and can whip it up for a quick dinner for one or for an impromptu gathering!

Trying to use what I had in the fridge, I made some substitutions and this recipe was fantastic. Used Nasoya Veggie Spread instead of mayo, asiago instead of parmesan, thyme and italian parsley instead of dill.
My boyfriend will not eat real mayo, and even he says 'FIVE FORKS'. Thanks!

I broke my camera yesterday :( and my cell camera is picky on what it wants to make blurry or not...and this one it only made blurry. Anyway....great recipe!
