    Basic Enchilada Sauce

    Used this to make Wynnebaer’s Enchilada Casserole and it was such a delicious sauce! What a fantastic and supremely easy to make alternative to canned enchilada sauce (which I’ve never really cared for). The only variation for me was using 8 oz from a can of crushed tomatoes, because that is what I had on hand. Absolutely perfect – this is my “go to” sauce from now on! Thanks for the awesome recipe!
